Name: BOSS CHIEF (Real name "Gilbert")
Age: 47
Gender: Male
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 183 lbs
Nationality: Unknown
Appearance: Boss Chief is an extremely large man, with a rough but wise appearance. His aura conveys strength and honor. He has large muscles but appearances can be deceiving; his hands are very skillful despite their large size, able to scratchbuild gunpla parts and scribe panel lines with perfect accuracy. Despite being muscular he is far from being perfect, for he has a large gut attributed to drinking alcohol.
Personality: He is rough, hard on his students but his love for Gunpla surpasses even Ashura. Known for consuming massive amounts of whisky before snapping together kits. He still hasn't made a mistake yet, even at his most drunken state.
Background: Boss Chief grew up around Gundam, his mom bringing him cheap 1/144's that don't even have polycaps. At first, he was a crappy modeler, using stickers or sometimes even breaking V-fins during assembly. Each time he would cry, his mother will buy him a new kit, until he learned to model properly.
In his teenage years, his skills grew steadily. In 1987, he won a local award wherein he scratchbuilt a 1/100 Nightingale out of sprues. Soon, his screen name "Boss Chief" became synonymous with "legendary" and for over two decades, remained as one of the top 5 plamodelers of Japan. In 2010, he was one of the few survivors of the year-end Gunpla Battle, in which he crossed swords with another legend, Boris Schauer and being the one who shot down the Beginning 30 Gundam of Haru Irei.
How this character got into Gunpla modeling: Boss Chief was competitive, always aiming to create perfect models together with his 5 high-school friends. All of them became plamodelers, but there was one who died due to Leukemia. Boss Chief's custom Maganac suit which graced Hobby Japan 1997 was a tribute to this fallen friend.
