Personality: Will fight for what he believes in. He gives his all for the cause of freedom, and would see that others give no less. He loves a good drink, but he won't go overboard. He will do anything to give the colonies freedom.
Background: Born in N.E. 0284 to Albert and Joan Evend, he was raised to believe in the cause of independence. He was 15 when the war ended, but, being raised to distrust the AEO he did not believe that the war was over just yet. 3 years after the war ended he joined the military. He quickly went up in rank. When Ochii's daughter was murdered by her husband he immediately resigned from the AEO military and joined CHROME's space forces. When he left the AEO he took his ship and his crew with him, as they are all loyal to CHROME. And, supplied with a small force of mobile suits, he was ready to fight for the colonies independence.
