As John Schmidt moved through the streets in his clunky Nimbus, he looked about for any potential enemies. He wasn't particularly keen on getting attacked without knowing it was coming first. And right now he couldn't see squat.

"Damn city people. Make shorter buildings why don'tcha?" John Jingleheimer Schmidt yelled through his comm system.

The man known only as 'Shady', who's wrapped bandages all around himself from head to toe, sat silently inside of his Prawn mobile suit with only thoughts of how he was going to trounce the other competitors. With much chaos to ensue in the upcoming battle, it only seemed as though the only way he was going to get out of this alive was to use all of his wit to avoid getting blown to bits. He sat out in the open where everyone could see him, which may seem like a disadvantage, but in itself was strategy to draw the others out from hiding. All there was to do for now was wait for the battle to begin.

A voice, that seemed to come out of nowhere, echoed through out the entire battle field it said, "Nyaaaan!" 


Then an orange nimbus fell from the heavens and landed on Location N-8, the impact sent made the ground shake for a brief moment. Without question it landed on it's feet....


"Watashi wa Nyan-sama desu, hajimemashite... Prepare to taste my soft pawns of uber-cuteness-nyan!!" he said to his opponents.

A prawn appears at the top of a large building overlooking the battlefield, he tries to pinpoint all nearby mobile suits and develop a plan of action. It only takes him a little time to formulate one and he says on the open comm in his a voice sounding like Ron Perlman

Favro slipped on a pair of calf-skin dueling gloves over his supple but strong hands before placing them on the controls of his MS. This "Nimbus" as it was called wasn't as graceful or responsive as the foil that rested by his left hip, but it would have to do. Not one for cowardice or skulking about Favro flipped on his suit's loudspeakers and set his comm system so that everyone could hear him.

"Favro Favros Favrosa has arrived! Gentle persons.......Let us fight to the PAIN!"

Favro's Nimbus drew its beam saber and held it straight and perpendicular to it's "face", a salute to everyone on the field.

"Let us begin this battle!" With a  grace that belied it's heavy frame Favro's Nimbus surged straight ahead, it's pilot eager to engage his first foe despite not knowing who or where that foe would be.

Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt feels the ground trembling, and realizes that other suits must be in the area. So. moving forward and slight to the right, he turned and saw a Prawn just standing in the city. So, drawing his machine gun, he aims and fires.

The Prawn retaliated quicker than anticipated, and so John Schmidt suffered for his hasty move. However, before he could do anything else the enemy suit charged and swung its saber and it was all John could do to raise his arms up to block it, but the strike was too powerful and his suit shuddered from the heavy damage it just sustained.

Shady observed the other combatants in front of him, two of which were locked in a skirmish, and scoffed. "Hmhmhm~ Fools." He drew his gun and took several steps forward from his current position. He didn't want to do anything foolish by going too fast and end up catching someone's eye, just to get caught in a gang bang.
